1979 HARLEY-DAVIDSON XL1000 Sportster, Here is a rolling basket case We are guessing that it will need a complete rebuild. It has 100 psi compression in both cylinders. The starter will need to be rebuilt also, as the engine turns over very slowly with the spark plugs in.
